i don't want to have to spend a lot on the small bags under my eyes so do you have any cheap ideas?

I wish I had a cheap idea for you. But the only way I know of to permanently get rid of the bags under your eyes is with cosmetic surgery. You could try cucumber slices on your closed eyes while you rest for 10 or 15 minutes. I've heard that will refresh your skin around the eyes. An important thing is to get enough rest. The bags under your eyes may be due to tiredness.

I know this might seem weird, but try Preparation H hemorrhoid cream. It really works at tightening and smoothing out the bags under your eyes. Good Luck!

excuse the spelling but prepreation H works really good just dab a little under your eyes and it helps tighten up the skin.
