A friend of mine who uses AOL for his email can no longer accept messages with attachments or embedded images. Somehow his settings got changed, apparently without his personal intervention.
Since I’ve never used AOL for email, can anyone familiar with it give detailed instructions on how to change the settings so he can get attachments and images?

Just go into the settings, find a page that mentions attachments and e-mail viewing options and make sure pix and attachments are enabled. Best advice I can give you since I've never had AOL.

Use insert picture, from file. you may need o be in html mode for this to work in outlook
