I know it is good to do all the time, but does it help with any aspect of your period, cramps and muscle aches or anything?

As long as you are protected and don't overdue it there
shouldn't be a problem.Think of the athletes.Their strength
comes from their dedication to stay fit.It also may take your mind off the cramps.

I would say yes, do it if you feel comfortable doing it. Exercise can actually help relieve cramps.

yoga has helped me...or even just stretching or working out
