free up ram, defrag your computer, clean your registry, there is a whole lot of ways to speed up a computer

clean up the background programs. control panel / add/remove programs. remove programs such as pc inspector that you may not use

Clean your registry.

Try cleaning up, scan for viruses, empty cache, empty internet history, ect. that should help
