Google Video actually lets you download their videos. It's not like YouTube, where you have to get a program that does it for you.

Just find the button to download the video, on the same page that you watch it. If there's not a button, try clicking the actual video screen.

download firefox. download the video downloader. and you can download it as flv files. (example: myvideo.flv) but if you want to convert and play it at windows media player you can follow the steps on this site.
