There are two answers to every question.
I will show you that you in fact have the choice and power to make this decision for yourself.
First, how hungry are you?
There have been several advances in the field of Pizza thermodynamics.
You can get a small pan AND thin crust pizza.
Or you can get an Xtra Large thin crust pizza.
Or you can get a medium Pan pizza which would be the same as the above.
If you are not getting enough fiber in your diet go for the Pan, but
if you are.
These are symptoms of too much fiber in your diet.
Excessive gassiness
Bloating
Abdominal pain
Stools uncomfortably frequent and large overall volume
If you are having any of these symptoms, but most importantly all of them at once, then get the thin crust as it has less fiber than a block of two by four.

neither, it is the weekend, splurge and get the stuffed crust. Now, do you want us to tell you what to put ON the pizza also? Or how about the best place to get a pizza? Fresh, frozen, take-out, delivery, or eat it right in the pizza joint? Who, if anybody, will it be shared with? And what size? Square or round? If I get best answer will you share it with me?

I tell you what. Get a thin crust Medit. pizza with sun dried tomatoes, garlic chicken, spinach and all the yummy flavors and we can kill the pizza man, eat pizza and have sex?
