you buy a shovel, go out to a field and either (A) dig over 500 wooden post holes. (B) get inside a trench and "bed" pipe. or (C) dig a hand dug ditch.
trust me, if you work with a shovel every day. you will lose wieght.

Oh my, that sounds toooooo hard to me !!!
Naturally, you plan would work, if you didn't drop dead from exhaustion first !!
How bout just eating good clean fresh fruit and vegies, lean meats and fish, wholegrain cereals and breads, nuts and seeds, drinking loads of water, getting lots of fresh air and sunshine and plenty of rest. Oh, don't forget to have fun and play too !!

lol it be easier to walk a mile every day or so,wont have to buy a shovel therefor its free hehe

nice, but i mow lawns for a living, and walk as much as 30 miles a day (no riding equipment for me, thanks!). far better for the back, and being the owner, the pay is great.
