Absolutely....I have never understood why some people find it difficult to apologize. It's not that hard to do. In fact, I want to say that I apologize to you right now, for (A), (B), (D), (F) and (G). I do not feel that I could apologize in good conscience, however, for (C) and (E) because they were not really my fault.
