A stupid congressman snuck a provision into an energy bill that moved it to March 11th. He figured that would save lots of energy and did not think of anything in a computer that is going to give the wrong time-stamps (and bad scheduling for intercontinental flights) for about a month unless someone reprograms it. Just another unintended consequence of poor thinking.

Sorry guy cannot be specific but know it commences in March sometime as opposed to late April. On the other end it is extended into November for return to Standard! The best I can tell you! Sorry again!
