Recently I notice that I cannot see my penis head. The skin seems to have closed up at the tip. I am unable to pull back the skin. Sometimes I urinate, I can feel the tightness. There is no pain though. Sometimes when I masterbate, there quick pain (does not last long though) ..the skin at the tip is almost closed and the penis cannot enlarge enough.
I am too shy to discuss this with my doctor.....

When a foreskin closes up after having been loose then the usual culprit is a yeast or fungal infection. Both these sorts of infections can be treated with the same cream and/or oral pill available over the counter in a pharmacy, with preparations designed for women's genitals.
It may need some stretching after you have cleared the infection but don't try stretching until you are clear or it will just cause rips and tears in the foreskin opening.

Stretch it out. I also had a tight one and I managed to stretch it out and have not had any problems/regrets ever since. Stretch it in the shower for a minute or two each day and within a week or two you'll start seeing results. =)

Go see a doctor. If it tears while master-bating or having sex you will experience lots of blood loss, then you will be more embarrassed to explain how it tore.

that may be phimosis, a friend of mine had it, got treatment and it got solved. i think that during the treatment he had to maturbate for a certain number of times during the day
