The answer is ; "if it don't leak, don't fix it". There is no reason to tear down your engine specifically to change the gaskets and seals that MAY leak one day. If you have a problem with leakage, it may be from one of many places (no one mentioned oil sending unit as a possible source, and they leaks like sieves). You didn't specify why you want to change them all, but I assure the only time you have to change them all is if you are doing a tear down for mechanical reasons. I've worked on cars my whole life and never once did I have to change all the oil retaining seals and gaskets just for the sake of doing so. If your front main leaks, change it along with any other gaskets that require removal to do so. No one would remove the tranny to change the rear main if they had a valve cover leak. Do you get my meaning? If you have an oil leak, clean off the engine and look to see where the oil is coming from. Save your money, man.

They come in sets, buy them all. The main places are the head gaskets, rocker cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, oil filter gasket and main seal(s) at the end(s) of the crankshaft.

If the motor is properly rebuilt it will have all the gaskets and seals replaced. As far as how many places a car can leak from, you have never seen the old 390fe Ford motors, if they weren't leaking it meant it was time to put oil in them.

You may as well do a overhaul. You'll have to take the engine nearly all the way down to replace all the gaskets & seals. Go ahead &put in some new rings, rod bearings & main bearings & get your heads checked

Valve covers,,,Oil pan,,,Timing chain cover,,,Intake lower (lifter cover plate gasket),,,Rear engine seal,,,Front engine seal,,Valve seals.
At 171,000 miles you are about due for Rings and Valve anyhow.

LOL, I have actually seen oil drip out of the exhaust pipe, so I think I would replace ALL the seals while you're at it...
