A country club Republican would rather socialize with presentable liberals than redneck Rs. They tolerate the tractor pull people because they vote the way they're told to.
Bush can live in both worlds because he's an excellent politician. He can hang with wealthy New England Republicans or west Texas oilfield roughnecks. I've talked briefly to W. You'd never know what evil lurked behind that friendly face if you didn't know better like most Americans finally do.

When you say Country Club Republicans you are actually referring to liberal Republicans. To answer your question, just like liberal Democrat elitists they probably would not associate with regular people.

I never liked this man first time i saw him.I just can,t can,t look at him any more and that goes way back.He can,t leave soon enough for.me.
