i will tell you what i did this weekend starting with saturday.

dad and myself were asked to clean a hand-dug well. (the well is 5ft in diameter, and 22 ft deep) we were planning to use our water-truck with a vacum pump to suck out the well. that idea did not work. so i got down in the 22ft well. with a shovel and dad stayed at the top and lowered in a bucket and i would fill the bucket and he would pull it up. we dug down 4 ft. in this well. it was horrible cause i was standing in 6 inches of muck. and the water was coming in as fast as the water truck could suck it out. do you have any idea how hard it is to do this? it took us 6 hours start to finish. i was covered in a very thick layer of muck from the bucket leaking. i was soaked to the bone. today i have rested, dad had to feed our cows. then he rested too.

now then, are any of you feeling sorry about yourself cause you didnt have fun this weekend? i am very sure you had a better weekend than i. what did you do?

hung out with my brother and some friend's for his 30th birthday on Friday night at a local bar. Saturday studied in the morning, then in the afternoon I did 7 loads of laundry and cleaned the house. on Saturday watched UFC pay-per-view matches and babysat a friend's little girl. Today (Sunday) I studied some more and wrote a 3 page paper on corrections in the united States, and did the dishes.

I helped my husband and my dog recover from surgery and found out that my husband's cousin is probably going to die. He has a wife and 3 children ages 11-15. I also found out a good friend has prostate cancer.

Yeah, I agree, you had a pretty sucky weekend, but look at what you have to show for it. I hope you feel a great sense of pride in what you accomplished.

I played a computer game called Zuma, is Zuma still hot in the US? and I also helped my cousin to clean the apartment. We live together. Our parents are in another city far away from us. We are in the South, they are in the East.

OK, you win, I spent most of my time at the airport. And when I wasn't there, I was cleaning and ironing clothes, and trying to cook in between. Then I spent some more time at the airport.
