Of course you can and gender is NOT an ISSUE.
If a person offers something that you are seeking in a believable manner then it is easy to be seduced. Comfort, a listening ear, revenge or a TON of other reasons make it simple to be seduced be it sexual, financial or other ways. If you get the mental or physical fix that you are seeking it is simple.
It is generally easier to sort it out with your current partner though than to deal with the associated guilt.
I met a woman years ago in a bar. She was on business, pissed at her husband because he never talked to her and we ended up in my room. We had room service breakfast and she said, "Thanks for listening to me and I feel like SH** because we slept together. At least I now know that some men are capable of listening". She kissed me, got dressed and left; I never knew her name. I was lonely, she needed something that I could give and the rest is history.
So sure it can happen.

most men can be if they think they can get away with it..women might not be such an easy prey..especially my wife as it is hard for me to seduce her and we have been married 21 years..but yes..it would not take much to be seduced by a random stranger as i am just a easy happy go lucky guy..but it has not happened in my lifetime...well maybe once with a hitchhiker..duh

Yes, but they would have to be really hot!
I usually wouldnt be able to be seduced by a complete stranger, because I dont easily trust people....and to me I think that's a good thing.
