Im 15 a girl and i play on the softball and volleyball team. Currently it is softball season and im a captain so im trying to work hard to keep up to my full potiential but its hard because of my tenda.
My coach recommended that i go to the trainers and ice during lunch and heat before practice. I did that for 2 months and it helped nothing. What can i do to get my arm good to go help please. I love playing sports and its hard to when the arm you use most is killing you with pain. I take ibeprofen regulary and before a game or practice. What else??

See your doc about trying a cortisone shot and some physical therapy.

Tendanidous(this one really sounds Greek). You must mean tendinitis and tendon, not tenda. Why not see an orthopedist? It's not advisable to be on Ibuprofen all the time. It can give you ulcers. The doctor can give you the best help.
