A good and an appropriate business letter could serve as an essential and strong foundation for a prospective business. In fact, the whole of business communication is an integral part of the success of a business, so you should realise its importance and pay due attention to this aspect of a successful business. The way of saying even "Yes" or "No" is extremely significant for the interests of any business. At this forum, you may get casual suggestions which may or may not serve your specific purposes at times, but definitely will not serve always, rather may harm your business many times. It is definitely what to be said, where to be said, when to be said, how to be said, how much to be said..... and much more.
Since you can afford it now, therefore, you should hire the services of an appropriate professional for your all business communications, if you yourself feel not equipped appropriately. It would be worth paying for the services. Your apt communications would be your strong introduction and presence, and can fetch you amazing rewards always.
Think over it seriously and get good help in your own interests.

Historians do attribute seven of the letters to Paul. The other seven are forgeries (Romans, 1-2 Corinthians, Galatians, Philippians, 1 Thessalonians, Philemon). (Ephesians, Colossians, 2 Thessalonians) are very likely not his. Some scholars still argue a bit over these but the evidence is on the side of them not being original writings. Three more are certainly not from him (1-2 Timothy, Titus). So there are books attributed to Paul that are not Paul's. Would that not mean that words that are not the words of God are actually in the Bible as well?

Your customers need to know what you produce. Take photographs of items you have manufactured and prepare a catalogue. Describe each item, inform the wood you have used. State the dimension of the items with indicative prices. Now prepare a website with the details.
Become a member of the Export Promotion Council that handles wooden furniture. You will get addresses of prospective buyers from the EPC.
Write to buyers and give them your website. It helps if you can set up agents overseas to market.
