The show doesn't have a theme song..
but what comes close to one when I think about this great show is "Fight the Good Fight" by Triumph.

I think they played it during the opening "Then" of one episode.
It just seems like it could be the theme song, as that is what the brothers are doing..Fighting the good fight..

I watch Supernatural every Thursday, and I wasn't aware they had a theme song. They do a "Then" and "Now" before every episode, but there's no theme music.
