I do like the name Chloe but it seems way too common. My partner has always liked the name Jemma and it has now grown on me. Our last name is McDougall.

I like Chloe it's a nice name. I once went out with a very fun girl called Chloe and that name reminds me of happy memories.
Jemma is also a good name but I think it is more usually spelt Gemma. Jemma with a J looks a lot like Jenna which is the name of a famous nude film actress, but by the time your daughter grows up that actress will have retired anyway so I guess it won't matter anymore. Actually thinking about it I think Jemma with a J is better because it is more unusual.
Both are very nice names. How about giving her Chloe as a middle name if you like it? Jemma Chloe MCDougall. That's nice and sounds like the name of someone who will be a lot of fun and very clever.

Personally, I don't care for the name Jemma much. But it's your baby. so it's your choice. I like the name Chloe. Instead of Jemma...How about Jenna? Jenna Chloe McDougall.

I think Jemma McDougall is a lovely name, although it is usually spelled with a G, ie: Gemma. I would also avoid Chloe. It's pretty but very common umung chavs!!

I think both are pretty common but I know more Jemmas than Chloes. Personally, I like Chloe better. I've always wanted to be named that :D

It's a pretty name, but a little out of the ordinary. I only know 2 Chloes, so I don't think it's extremely popular. Also, I think I like Jemma spelled with a G, like Gemma. Try Gemma Chloe. I think that sounds like a pretty good name! It's also kind of unusual, which makes it cooler. Good luck!
