County court house as the first individual said..possible to check the electrical box for dates as to when the city approved/passed the rough and final. There may also be a "hard" copy of the permit somewhere in garage with all the dates. I believe you can now also go online to obtain such information.

You already have the information you need on the deed, just go to the county clerks office or go on the internet and look it up.

Most of the time you can check under your toilet lid. They typically have a manufacture date that should correspond approximately with the home's construction time.
