we r having a debate!!! but i cant seem to find any dirt on him just good stuff on him and i NEED BAD stuff on him

since Hammurabi is widely considered to be a GOOD ruler, you would have to search ancient texts from those people who were conquered or subjugated by his empire.

History is written by the winners so there is usually not a lot of information left on what bad things the conquerers may or may not have done.

* he was a totalitarian ruler

* his success was TOTALLY dependant upon his supporters and their aid in order to survive

As he was behind the creation of the first Code of Law, why not look to the Code itself? It was very retributive. You might find something there that can be negatively interpreted from our modern perspective.
