You can't judge a friend on that, that is honestly not fair and somewhat discriminating. The thing in astrology is, you can be friends with anyone and find some common ground.
Gemini would find Taurus' down-to-earth personality somewhat easy going and nice to talk to, while Taurus admires Gemini's wit.

I'm a Taurus and know some gemini's who are around enough to be considered friends...but hardly reliable...sometimes they are around when you need them but mostly not...and they are very superficial...I wouldn't build my best friendship around it but a light friendship probably.
