Recombinant DNA is just the term used for DNA that has pieces from more than one type of creature. So, putting a gene from a human into a bacteria would mean the bacteria's DNA is not just from the bacteria anymore- it's also from humans. So, it has a part from a different organism and it would be called recombinant DNA.
DNA and enzymes are VERY different... so, NO, recombinant DNA is NOT restriction enzyme. You make an enzyme from DNA. They are two totally different things.

No. A recombinant DNA is a combination of DNA from two or more sources. A restriction enzyme is a bacterial enzyme that is used to cut DNA molecules into more manageable pieces.
