Yes, Glenn Jacobs has used the gimmick Kane since the character was first introduced in October of 1997. The only exception is the Faux Kane that feuded with Glenn early last summer, who was played by Drew Hankinson.
As for as Orton goes, I think that he will win the Money in the Bank match and cash it in sometime in the next year. Don't get to excited, given what happened with the last two Money in the Bank winners, Orton is only going to hold the belt for 23 days. (Edge won MitB at WM21 and held the belt for 21 days. RVD won MitB at WM22 and held the belt for 22 days).

Kane is the same as before. He shaved his head to suit his persona as more as a psycho than a soft spoken machine.
Orton would win his title when Cena loses it. I bet you Orton beats Edge and Cena in a triple threat match for the title.

i think Kane has always been the same person through-out his career. Randy Orton is not going to be a champ for a long-time but who knows wrestling is a man's soap opera, meaning story lines are always changing.
