Why did the Hoff (David Hasselhoff) fad end??

I was getting like 20 Hoff emails a day for a while there, and they were all comedy gold. Now it's been months since i last got a Hoff email, and i'm sad.

Why did this fad end? Surely there was lots more Hoff out there..

Because all the attention now is on another messed up, alcoholic celebrity-Britney Spears!

because there was never anything special about him...maybe he needs to go back to drinking and his visibility will go up again
