okay so, i'm wearing a short dress. it's not very short. it goes just a little below my knees, it's blue, it poofs out from an empire waste and it is ADORABLE. anyways, i'd like to know what to do with my hair and makeup, i dont want to go anywhere to get it done because i'm trying to save money.

i was thinking (i have curly hair) straight hair with a bright clip (turquoise probably, it's in the dress) and it teased in the back- very 50's esque. do you think this is a good idea? i just want something fun and flirty. and makeup- i have almost every color blue in my dress.

daisys for flowers? i love that.
tell me what you think

That sounds adorable! Go for it! For your eyes, I would do something really funky and bright. Use bright blue or turquoise eyeliner - that would look great! Just go for a clear or sheer pink gloss for your lips so you don't look overdone. Finally, have fun with jewelry and shoes - the more sparkle the better! You'll look great!

sounds cute! be carful with makeup, don't go to heavy or too bold or you'll look like you over did it. jewelry is great for adding pizazz to any outfit. WARNING! and this is from experience, wear comfortable shoes or ditch the shoes at the dance and you will be sure to have tons of fun
