remember you're trying to be professional as well as chique and stylish.
with that said...
don't wear knee highs- you're a woman, not a catholic school girl.
stay away from big hoops- especially GOLD- on first day of work- you're not a hooker...
stick with the classics. a nice skin colored panty hose with a black shoe like you are saying would be very nice. did you ever think about pearls? a nice vintage pearl necklace would go well.. remember to wear your hair up and keep it out of your face. a good and PROFESSIONAL first impression is key!

Well I don't really like the suit, especially the weird pleating on the front of the skirt. And as for the shoe, I would definitely go with a shoe like in the picture. Chunky heels are very... unprofessional looking and kinda outdated. And a definite NO to the knee highs, wear just a nice nylon. I would also forget about the gold hoop earrings and go for something more like a nice dangle earring.

The suit is good and you could change the shoes. I would avoid the knee highs or earrings though unless you are already very familiar with the firm. Some workplaces are more conservative than others and you don't want your outfit to distract. If you need an accessory put a scarf on your purse. Your best bet is to show your creativity through your personality and ideas instead of your hosiery. Good luck!

No, do not wear black panthose. Go and get yourself the sheerest pantyhose you can find. Black shoes might be okay, but I would not wear chunky heels with that suit. I actually prefer the shoes the model has on, with a skinny heel. I would worry less about "looking" creative, and focus on your past accomplishments and how you solved problems creatively.

the dress is very professional and red is a power color so it is fine for the interview....However.....I would definitely recommend hose and Not knee-highs ...as to shoes.....if you are more comfortable in different shoes other than whats shown ...should be OK as long as they are Dress shoes ! Earrings are OK but keep them on the smaller size so you appear professional! if you want to show creativity add a artsy lapel pin ...make sure it's not too too large though!
GOOD LUCK!!!!!
Blessed Be!

yeah, i think it's great. i think i would go with a chunky heel with nude hose (not black knee highs)...i think a hose is preferred over nothing especially in the business world. the gold hoop earrings would look great, just make sure they are not to big. also, i would invest in a nice scarf...either tied around your neck, around your neck going down the blazer or in your hair...this will spice up the outfit, giving it and you a little more sophisticated flare. good luck!

I like the suit, but don't go TOO crazy. Go for classy. No knee-highs. Wear regular hose and classic round-toe pumps. No long uber pointy toes either. Square-toes are ugly and make your feet look big. Classic, feminine looks always win big. Don't go power-executive. It makes women seem agressive and angry.
