That is basically the perfect size (although it should be considered in ratio to your height and weight.) Does she want you to have a reduction because she's afraid the boys will like the boobs too much?

73's (ala Chesty Morgan) are some super sized ones

What does your mom have to do with this any way..it's your body not hers no matter what the age.
Nothing wrong with a C or D cup.

Your mom wants you to get surgery? What do YOU want? It's not your mom's body. I am quite comfortable with D cups. If you are okay with it, don't do body-altering surgery to please somebody else, not even your mom.

Depends on your body-size. I'd only get the breast-reduction if it was absolutely necessary(back & shoulder aches)
