Anywhere along the west coast from San Francisco north to the Canada Border. (and beyond)
It rains less in San Francisco area than in Seattle area if that is an issue and you are looking for a large city.
If a midsize town is of interest, try Bellingham, WA. It has a wonderful location ... not only is the weather very moderate, its just an hour from Vancouver B.C. and an hour and a half from Seattle.
If you like small towns, I would recommend Brookings, Or, known as the "Banana Belt" of the Oregon Coast. It is warmer and slightly less rainy than other points on the coast year round, but rarely over 80, and generally not over 75, even in summer.

It's very hard to find. If you like very cold places, you could relocate to Maine, Vermont, N Hampshire. However, there are some days with 70's and even 80's. Probably, you should live in San Francisco where, again, there are few days hotter than 70 degrees in summer. This weather prevails mostly in the city. As you go southwards and into the East Bay, it gets warmer.
Other suggestions are Seattle and Portland. When hotter than 80 they get dry, so it doesn't feel bad.
Mountain's locations are often drier so they have cool nights but they are expected to reach 80 degrees in the afternoon in Summer. They warm up and cool down easier.
As you see, these locations have less days with over 70 degrees since there's no place that's cool all the time.

Florence OR, small little fishing village on the ocean, about 4 hours from North CA and 45 minutes from Portland and Eugine. You can have small town living with a major city near by. They also have 17 rivers and several lakes. You can see seals and killer whales all year round!

Pacifica, California. Right below San Francisco. It is right on the coast and the ocean fog bank gets this city mild most of the time.
Check it out on the Internet using weather sites.

I actually have a pal that lives round there says it receives one hundred twenty ranges contained in the summer time. Its a dry warm temperature too . climate has now no longer something to do with climate? that style of circle reasoning is like declaring ice has now no longer something to do with water. in keeping with danger it will be truly cooler this year do now no longer enable the international warming enthusiasts scare you.
