Mario Tricoci is very popular for that stuff. Also you can search on Metromix.com to see if there are any recommendations.

Mario Tricocci does really nice wedding hair- I had mine done for a friend's wedding and loved it. It can be a little pricey though. It's right in OakBrook mall.

I was also going to recommend Mario Tricoci. It's a really nice place, if not a little pricey. I've always been very happy with their services.
