She has guest starred on The Parkers (as the professors "student" and love intrest who happens to be married to an ex-convict), on The Jamie Foxx Show (as a nurse in a hospital), and the Wayans Brothers (as Simone--Shawn's love intrest).
In all three instances i have tried to catch the end of the show, but I always miss her name because it appears only briefly.
I appreciate any help you can give!

I found her. Her name is Kimberly Brooks. She was in quite a few other things, but sometimes she goes by the surname Moss so it was a little confusing at first.

What did she look like? Dark skinned with short hair? Was she the one who Nikki caught cheating on a test? Was it the girl from Family Matters?
Medium brown with long hair? If so it was Cheri Johnson
I tried looking at the cast from all three shows and didn't find any names in common except for males, but then again IDMb and Wikipedia don't list all of the characters and it's been quite awhile since I sat and watched any of those shows.

Type in the name of any of those shows you mentioned and it will usually give you some places to look at which have the casts of the subject shows, and, 90% of the time, they also have pictures of the castmembers.
