By week 10, all of your baby's vital organs have been formed and are starting to work together.
As external changes such as the separation of fingers and toes and the disappearance of the tail takes place, internal developments are taking place too. Tooth buds form inside the mouth, and if you're having a boy, his testes will begin producing the male hormone testosterone.
Congenital abnormalities are unlikely to develop after week 10. This also marks the end of the embryonic period — in general, the embryo now has a distinctly human appearance and starting next week your baby will officially be considered a fetus.
Tons more information on our site about this...

It all depends on the person. I am 8 weeks pregnant and had been trying for 7 months and the first thing I noticed was while i was eating one of my favorite foods I started feeling sick and that was before I even missed my period. I also have very tender swollen breasts. . i had a lot of bad cramps like I was about to start my period. I am just now starting to feel sick a lot. Hope this helps :)

Symptoms can include the following:
missed period, breast tenderness, in some cases, nausia with or without vomiting, feeling tired, bloated, mood swings, sometimes cravings for a certain food (usually that's in the later part of pregnancy)
If you have two or more of these symptoms, you can get a preg. test in pharmacy right off the shelf. (cheapest brand worked for me 3 times) I would suggest getting the box w/two tests just in case you have a false positive, also 1st thing in the mornings are the best time to test. If you test positive, get on some prenatal vitamins right away until you can get in to see a doc (these are also over-the-counter) good luck!

If you or someone you know suspects she is pregnant, she should try a home pregnancy test. If the results are positive, see a doctor right away. If the results are negative but the symptoms persist (no period, etc) see a doctor anyway.

Frequent Urination... fatigue... breast tenderness .. missed period ... nausea.. All or some of these are good signs... but everyone is different. The one that got me was the breast tendernes and the fatigue. I was sooooo tired the first couple of months.

you might feel nauseous, have tender breasts, feel tired, or feel lots of other things or you may feel nothing at all. Every woman and every pregnancy is different.
