My boss has retaliated since I complained to human resoursces about him. I looked at camera and I was on time to work.

Attitude is everything in the business environment - even if your boss is wrong. Ask to talk to him about the incident and tell him politely your side of things. The most important thing is to resolve whatever is ailing your business relationship. If the false accusations persist, you may want to ask for documentation from the time tracking device.

Your only other recourse is to quit. If they fire you because of lateness/absenteeism and you feel you were discharged inappropriately, be sure you tell the unemployment office what occured so you can contest any protest of your claim.

Don't you punch in and if it is the camera is your evidence the have human resource look at it. Show your proof, or find a new job. If your boss is that low then you my want to look for a new job.
