I mean like a certain part of a version, not just 6 or 7. For Example, 7.12345. Get what I mean? If that was my version, is that my personal version or can someone else have the same kind?

You don't have your own version. That is so the programers can distiguish when the code was written.

It is the version of the software. So basically everyone has the same

Nothing is special about YOUR version. Everyone can have the same one if they want to.
