First off, a question about RAPPERS? Who really cares? Though I can appreciate a good beat and well thought-out lyrics set to a catchy bass-line, I cannot stand what these fools are advertising.
Boppin' usually has differing meanings, dependent on the content of the lyric. It could mean "walking with a beat," or perhaps it refers to dancing. What is the artist (if you can call them that) talking about in the song?
Do yourself a favor. Go to college.

If your listening to a Texas Rapper then Boppin comes from the word Bopper which is a golddigger who get excited at the sight of flashy cars and the guys status. When she performs this its called Boppin. Now I've heard that other places(outside of Texas) use it in the moving of your head to music.

An adjective meaning cool or awesome.
(usually used in a silly, semi-serious manner)
"This class is boppin'!"
