No...you can see them when they are online, but they can't see you when you're online...unless they go to a website such as msnblockchecker.com to see if you're online.

when you block them you appear offline to them always. i block alot of people from my messenger. i signed in as my brother to see how i would appear. and from his name i was offline. and my some of the other folks that i blocked when the see me the ask me why i'm not online anymore. so i know that they dont see you online when you block them.but you can see when the are online.
