The only one I know of is "The Elements Song" by Tom Lehrer. Bear in mind that more elements have been discovered since it was written. Link in Sources.

You could try the Amateur Transplants. Two doctors making mostly funny medical songs, which would qualify as science. Paracetamoxyfrusebendroneomycin is a good one.
