Is it normal for male pubic hairs to look thin (ie to show the skin beneth the hairs)?

Yes, that's perfectly normal. Some people have more, others have less--it's all good!

I do think that it is normal for men to see skin beneath their pubic hair. I know I can, when my pubic hair is at it's thickest, and I have never been worried about it.

i agree, its normal, dont worry about it. some more will grow in to fill in the spaces
