The town I grew up in, it's a pit ... most everyone who grows up there leaves and never comes back except occasional visits. Sorry though, don't want to mention where it is.

I don't love to hate anywhere. There are places I like more than others. My least favorite city is New Orleans, but that's not to say that there is not alot of good about the place. I spent 3 years there and just didn't care for the crime and poverty. I did like the history and food, though.

It was a cosmopolitan city back in the 1980's but now it is just too busy and too big. It takes forever to get anywhere and you can't go downtown without getting hassled.
