Sounds like you need a good anti-virus and spyware software. I would also recommend a firewall too. I would recommend the best firewall, which would be ZoneAlarm and I would touch up on the spyware and antivirus software next.
1st, don't waste your time with AVG, spybot, ad aware, spyhunter, cs, panda, or anything of the sort. Stay away from anything that is FREE when it comes to spyware and antivirus software. There is a reason why they free. They are NOT good.
2nd, You need some of the best software out there. Norton Systemworks is very good. That's the only good software from Norton. Don't get Internet security, its not that great. Now the best software you should get is Spysweeper with Anti-virus, this software is too good and gets better everyday. It blocks over 170,000 threats. No other software can compete with that or come close for that matter. I've used them all and it is 2nd to none.
3rd, after you install and update the software, since its in your system you will have to turn off system restore and then go into safe mode and run the scan and eliminate the virus. then after removal, reboot and turn system restore back on.
4th, any probs during or after you do all this, send me an e-mail.

Go to the top two sites to download free spyware remover. Also do you know what bit torrents is. Well when you download say music, your computer is getting say for example 5 different parts of it from 5 other computers and puts all the downloaded parts together and then you got your music. Your computer is probably part of the system where soneone else may want the same song so the system downloads a part of the song, gets the 4 other parts from 4 other computers and then that person has his music. In other words, you are too LAZY to read. So read from pcworld and cnet and you will understand what is going on .

Check the download section at these sites for some free downloads.

What exactly on your PC is telling you you are being hacked?

Nearly all Firewalls have known conflicts so it may just be that.

Try installing 'hijackthis' and posting the report on one of the related forums. These people do this for free and in their spare time. You can get the program from any reputable download site and it's free! It may take a while to get an answer and the process can take days = post answer, do, post, answer, do etc!!

Have you been accessing porn and/or opening pop-ups?This is a common way for them to enter a computer.
These things can be nasty...get anti virus and anti spyware/adware software.
If a pop-up comes up saying that you have adware/spyware on your computer and offers to get rid of it for you..IGNORE IT..it is part of the virus.
