In the home that I work in years ago it was occupied by Nuns (it's just a little ways from the Catholic church in that town). It was also used in the cellar for the underground railroad during the Civil War. Anyway one night when I was sitting in the office doing paperwork I distincly heard a baby cry. I got up and looked all around. Nothing. It happened 4 times that night. I'm not easily scared. I never mentioned it to anyone. A couple weeks later one of my co-workers who had worked there a long time told me about different workers actually seeing ghosts and hearing things, cupboard doors opening, TV going on etc. She then said different ones heard a baby cry. Years ago people used to bring babies to the nuns when they couldn't care for them and they would be adopted out. So I've only heard the baby cry again just once after that but I'll let you know if I ever see anything.

There are no "ghosts" as in the souls of departed mortals returning or refusing to leave and all that nascence... but there are evil spirits who can mimic the dead and can be very convincing... these can be very dangerous... I have seen one for sure... I believe it was attempting to enter me... this was witnessed or I would have thought I was losing my mind... thi was long before(30yrs) I came to God and The True Christian Faith... But I did know the truth of evil and this was evil... I awoke with this being coming over me... just as the guy in another bunk in the cube I was in yelled out...I screamed bloody murder and the other guy yelled at it as well and it just suddenly blinked out... when the fire watch came I just said I had had a really bad nightmare... and the other guy said it had woken him up and he yelled something from being startled... but we both went to the lounge and slept there the rest of the night and the other guy requested a new birth the next day... we never talked about it again but it was no nightmare and both of us knew it...

There are absolutely issues that toddlers (fairly those lower than 6 or so) can see that we are able to not. She doesn't opt for therapy, she's no longer loopy. There are some issues to save in ideas. and that i understand no longer all of us thinks this kind, yet it really is the merely way it truly is sensible to me. each little thing contained in the international that lives has some style of "essence" that could be considered via those who understand what to search for. some people call it an charisma or a soul, or in spite of you opt for to call it. The call doesn't count number, that is merely what that is. toddlers can see those from people or issues that were in that position earlier. no longer unavoidably a ghost. yet everywhere we bypass, we leave a touch of ourselves behind, style of like a footprint. toddlers can see those "footprints." If someone extremely loved an section and died, they might bypass decrease back to that position making the footprints more suitable and a lot less puzzling to work out. in my opinion, the most suitable element to do isn't to inform her that she's merely imagining issues. Its dad and mom telling their toddlers there is no longer something there that motives toddlers to lose the potential to "see" this stuff as they become old. My daughters tell me they see faeries each and each of the time. merely because i visit't see them doesn't advise they're no longer there. considering she's no longer frightened of what she sees, i does no longer problem about it too a lot. If what she become seeing scared her, you would check out it. yet this sounds like she's merely picking up on the vibrations of all living issues round her. i does no longer problem too a lot.

Mythology and folklore do not mean fake. Because people actually believe in them. I'm sure plenty of people would be very offended if they read that.
I believe in ghosts. The ghost of my great-grandmother follows my mother. They were always very close; she gave my mother her engagement ring before she died. My mother never takes it off. Sometimes, you can smell the perfume she used to wear. And my mother had a very moving experience with the ghost of my great-grandmother. The ghost of my sister's boyfriend's twin sister lives in his house. She's seen her before. Personally, I've never had any experiences with ghosts, which is rather sad. I've always wanted to.

to Johnny B: I have never heard about music being a link before...that intrigues me..I've heard of white noise and chanting and seances etc..but I was curious about the music. And to the asker...yes, I have seen a ghost. I have been in rooms when the TV turned on by itself and have had my bed shake while I was in it. The ghost I saw was of an Indian boy about 12 or 13 in age. He vanished before my eyes. I wasn't scared...just surprised.

Yes. If your eyes were open you would see them now. I believe we are surrounded by spirit. I do believe I've seen spirit. Of course I can always pass it off as hallucination, or vision; but I believe it was something more. We are beings made up of energy, which is spirit. If we cling to negativity it will cling to us, if we cling to positivity it will cling to us. Like attracts like. Bad spirit that weighs us down surrounds us if we allow it to. Good spirit also. I believe spirit especially likes the medium of music. Music is somewhat of a portal between this world and the world of spirits. That is why music as ceremony is very common in virtually every religion.

yes, several times. the first one was when i was 2. my dad had died and a few nights later i saw him. i wanted him to pick me up so i held out my hands to him, my mom didn't see him. she got freaked.
then at chuch there was a lady sitting there and i saw a woman sitting by her shaking her finger at her and saying quit worrying about me and be happy. i went up to her and said this sounds strange.... and told her. she said that was something her mom had done and described the woman i saw.
there has been others too.
