My fake nails are really starting to bug me, i have had them before, but i just took them off myself. This time i want to get them professionally(sp) removed....will it hurt? and if so, how much?

Not at all just soak them in acetone for 5-10 min. DO NOT RIP THEM OFF...because then I ensure you it will hurt like hell if your nail comes off to.

It should not hurt much if done correctly. they should soak them in warm acetone and carefully remove the softened acrylic. If they attempt to pry them off, RUN, don't walk, to a better nail salon.

Rhonda's advice can end up with overfiling which will cause days of extreme pain

No, if you and get them removed by professionals, they get soaked with nail polish remover that is very strong, and they come off very easily. I just had mine taken off last month, to give my nails a breather. I had them on for about 2 years.

I am a nail tech and NO it does not hurt ....You can take them off yourself by filing them off till you get to your natural nail...but start with a coarse file and end with a fine file ,the closer you get to your "natural"nail.......

it doesnt hurt at all. . . it depends where you go probably 10-15 $ im not sure
