First of all, in case you didn't know, men can't become pregnant. That's something your wife will have to do. (Sorry, I couldn't resist.) Second, relax. Unless your wife or you have an infertility problem then maybe you two are just trying too hard. Take her on a romantic weekend and get a room with a hot tub or something. If you can't do that then create it at home with some candles and soft music. But seriously, if you want to get pregnant then don't have sex until she is ovulating. If she doesn't exactly know when she does, then you can buy a test at a local drug store. They're in the same place as pregnancy tests. Not having sex ( or doing any other sexual activity) until she ovulates will build up your sperm count and she will have a better chance of conceiving. That's the advice our Dr. gave to us three kids ago! Good luck.

You are the male and you think you are the one to become pregnant? No wonder your wife is still not pregnant; especially if she too is confused and is trying to get you pregnant. Wow...God works in wonderous ways, but at this point, even God cannot help you. ( No offense intended, but please give us some idea next time what your problem is or maybe just reread what you wrote) It might become your joke of the day. It did for me.

This is just a thought as My wife and I got pregnant many years ago when we were having your trouble, It turned out that my wife's uterus was tilted slightly backward so that the cervix was covered in the normal missionary position ! The solution ? have your wife lie on her tummy, this causes her uterus to take up its normal position and able to receive the semen . Best of luck, its worth a try . Cheers Pete.
Sorry about the other 27 idiots who have answered, all must be pre pubescent kids .Pete

It's genetically impossible for males to get pregnant unless you are a Sea Horse. Try getting your wife pregnant.

Unless you are a true hermaphrodite, you can not get pregnant. If you mean your wife wants to get pregnant, try putting it in the right hole next time. If that fails send her my way I will make sure she is good and knocked up when you get her back.

First of all, I'm pretty sure you want HER to be the one who gets pregnant...
Second of all, if she knows her ovulation schedule, that would help a lot...
If it isn't working, go to see a physician. They can tell you if you're fertile or not, and they might even have something to help.
Whatever you do, I wish you luck!

Judging by your other questions I think you need to see a shrink - or at the very least decide whether you want to be pregnant, or become a werewolf.

well Jon,
You might have to go with the whole clone with Dad's or doubled chromosome brain body transplant thing either that or you could skip the brain transplant n just blend your dad's >< with your chromosomes, then do a bunch of SCNT vitro fertilizations on her eggs then transfer the embryo

Then while she's pregnant you can have a physiological hormonally activated mimic pregnancy where computers adjust your body's hormone amounts to match hers

They've done the brain body transplant on primates
They've cloned numerous mammals notably nonhuman primates

They've combined multiple mammal genomes on one birth mammal
I believe they've done mimic pregnancies with hormones
