Use a paint program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro if you want to draw something up. Or if you have pictures already, then all you have to do is right click on your desktop, then click on Properties. Another screen will come up, at the top click on the tab labeled, Desktop. To the left will be a list of pictures you can use, or click Browse to search for a picture you want to use, and click apply.

If you want to use one of your own pictures, the easiest is to open the folder containing your photo, select your photo and click on the "set as desktop background" along the left side of the window under picture tasks. That should do it. Hope it helps!

Any way you want. For custom wallpaper, you should figure out your screen size then create your picture at that size so it uses all the screen without being stretched.

You can use paint which I dont recommend I suggest you use adobe photoshop since its what the professionals use but it costs a lot so try and download it off limewire.
