If a court orders it, they have to pay just like anyone else who fathers or mothers a child. The amount is predicated on income supposedly, so they may pay less then one would think, but pay they will.

i dont think they have too.I know they dont make some on social security disability
EDIT:

The reason they dont have to pay is that what they drawl is far below poverty level But they can apply for Child allotment for the child off of their benefits, The mother is named Payee.

Most of the time is just as much of his check. which is more then the child will get if the father has to pay 33 % of his income as it is usually set up, 33% of 700 is 231.00 a month.

being disabled and/or a veteran has nothing to do with being a responcibile parent. You have children, you have to pay.

i'm pretty sure they still have to pay child support.
