Practice. Keep positive thoughts and prevent negative talk from taking root. Practice happiness daily by taking delight in the things that give you joy. Make friends with positive people and keep the negative folks at bay so that you do not let them steal your joy. Do something good for others because you want to. Acknowledge all the good and wonderful things and people in your live. Bless daily.

Get adequate exercise - your endorphin level will increase , and if you can get that exercise in surroundings that are pleasing to you ( do you like jogging in the woods ? ) you will get even more benefit . Reruns of comedy shows you enjoy will also provide a laugh-lift , as will good music . Helping others is a great way to feel better , too

indulge yourself in fatty foods if you have a high matabalism, then no worries! otherwise you'll gain a few pounds! or exercise or cut paper? draw, some kind of hobby? eat tacos? sorry my friend is psyco! don't become friends w/ my psyco friend .buy a pet of some sort, like a fish or a stuffed dog?(theres no cleaning up w/ one of those!) or find a movie.

while i be responsive to i helped make a distinction in somebody's existence and helped them. to make myself happy/cheer myself? do something for somebody else consistently enables. or get a rubdown, mani/pedi, or bypass paying for. doing something actual works too.
