There are all those creepy "people Search" services advertised on Yahoo as well .
Or- Just try emailing them

its not really possible, and if someone uses a web-based address its not possible at all. some people use the e-mail address they get from their provider, then you can see the country of the provider and the name of the provider, but no provider is going to give you information about their costumer, so without going to a judge and and getting a court order you can't.
