I have a 1984 chevy celebrity with a 4 cyl that just quit on me. I have no fuel or spark. the fuses looked good and it turns over fine. What can I look at? Any help would be great. Thanks

ok first pull the cap off an turn the motor over,see if the rotor button turn,,,, if not you broke a cam are a timeing belt,,,,now if they both ok,,, it going to be the brain,
