Who do i ask for a pardon for my driving after suspention a long time a go?

I would ask the Bureau of Motor Vehicles or the attorney general's office. Keep in mind, though, that it's extremely unlikely that the governor's office would bother even glancing at a pardon request for such a relatively minor offense.
