I think the only positions where an upgrade is needed is 2B, you probably need another good SP, and a better option at utility then Guillen

The good things are you have the best shortstop, a strong outfield, great RP's, your infield corners both are good producers, and your catcher is one of the most underrated in the majors.

Your team is definately a playoff contender, no doubt it.

your starting pitching needs some serious help, but since you are deep in the closer position, you should trade either wagner or hoffman for an ace starting pitcher

your offense is well balanced with a good mix of speed and power. your catcher is a little weak, but good pick up with roberts.
