Why there are paid survey online?
Why?Because 7 million companies now actively seek out the opinions of moms, students, retirees and others. In the last year thousands of people have discovered that they can earn money simply by filling out paid online surveys or participating in paid focus groups while sitting at their computer. A stay at home mom may fill out a couple of surveys while the kids are napping or later in the evening when the kids go to bed, or a student may complete a survey in-between classes or use surveys as a part-time job in the summer. If you have a computer with Internet access then you are eligible to participate.
Why will companies pay for your opinion?
Why? Because getting your opinions allows companies to get in touch with consumers and their views and habits BEFORE launching new products and services. With research and development costs at all-time highs and profit margins at all-time lows, a company simply cannot risk bringing a product to market that nobody wants. Think "New Coke" or today's automotive industry.
It's worth it to these large corporations to pay someone $75 to fill out a 1 to 2 page online survey, or to pay someone $150 an hour to participate in an online focus group, or to pay someone $25 per hour to preview the trailer for a new movie.

I have been making money on internet for 4 years and I was personally scammed by a good many making money methods. Finally,I found the most legitimate, effective and fast way for beginner to make money is doing paid surveys if you have a computer with Internet access and can sit at your computer for 1.5-3 hours per day.

But before joining a paid survey network, you should be sure that the paid survey company satisfies the following minimum requirements:
1. In business for at least 1 year.
2. Well organized, easy to navigate directories.
3. Directories updated at least weekly.
4. Helpful resources available for newcomers.
5. No "waiting period". Eligible immediately..
And more,more....

I understand it is difficult for a new online money maker to judge whether a paid survey site is good or not.So I found a survey club to help beginner make money on internet. You can visit http://www.**************** to find how to earn money easily and legally.Hope that help you.

It's simple. The Government or differnet companies pay the phone survey companies to conduct the research so they can get valuable information on popularity, their products etc. For a list of online surveys that pay go to http://freewebs.com/surveyopportunities

If it's a political survey then probably a politician pays them or a political group (like Republicans, Democrats, or things like th NRA, Sierra Club, whatever interest group it is that would like to gather info on something).

they gather information and sell this information to large companies. And they sell the names and addresses to businesses. They also sell them to mailing lists.
